NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
All firearm sales, transfers, and related transactions conducted by this business are subject to federal, state, and local law.
By conducting business with this establishment, you acknowledge and understand the following:
- All firearm purchasers and transferees must satisfy applicable legal requirements before a firearm may be transferred.
- Valid government-issued photo identification and proof of residency may be required.
- Completion of ATF Form 4473 and any other required documentation is mandatory for applicable transactions.
- National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) checks or other legally authorized verification procedures will be conducted when required by law.
- Providing false information on any firearm-related form or record is a federal offense and may result in criminal prosecution.
- Straw purchases are prohibited. The actual transferee/buyer must complete all required documentation and undergo any required background check.
- This business will not knowingly transfer firearms to any prohibited person.
- Transfers are subject to federal law, Texas law, and the laws of any applicable destination state.
- Firearm transfers may be delayed, denied, canceled, or refused if required by law or if the licensee determines that proceeding with the transaction may violate applicable law.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws governing possession, transportation, storage, and use of firearms.
PROPERTY NOTICE
This business operates from a private residence. Access is by appointment only unless otherwise authorized.
Customers may enter only designated business areas. Unauthorized access to private residential areas is prohibited.
For safety and security reasons, firearms brought onto the premises must remain unloaded unless specifically requested for inspection by the licensee.
RIGHT TO REFUSE TRANSACTIONS
This business reserves the right to decline any sale, transfer, service, or transaction that the licensee believes may be unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, or inconsistent with federal, state, or local requirements.
